There was a lot going on today. We spent the day out at Sydow's house getting ready for Easter tomorrow. After lunch we all went down to the softball fields down the road and played a family game of whiffle ball. Papa was all time pitcher in this game of parents vs. kids. I'm not sure who won, there were lots of hits and some catches. It was a good time full of lots of memories.
When we got back to the house the grandkids had to do the annual egg dying. Some got more creative then others. It's really nice that they are all getting old enough to dye the eggs without much help from the parents. We can almost just sit back and relax during this process.
The Badgers were also playing for a spot in the NCAA Championship tonight. So we headed home and Falkenbergs came over for the game. The Badgers ended up beating Kentucky and everyone here was very excited! We have a Badger Gnome that came out for the game so a few pictures had to be taken with it after the win. It's kind of a creepy little thing.
